Joe Jury – The Streets Of Campden

What do you get when mixing rock with laid-back folk and electronic music elements? The answer is: Joe Jury. But who is the London-based singer-songwriter? Well, let me clear that up for you!

Inspired by the likes of Bob Dylan, Van Morrison or Neil Young, Joe Jury has already started making music in his high school years. However, back then he didn’t take it quite serious yet which quickly changed when he found his passion of songwriting. Ever since, Jury has been focusing on creating his very own music style by mixing together various sounds such as acoustic guitar and synths.

Now the result of his hard work has been unveiled: His debut EP The Streets of Campden had its premiere last week and it is, without a doubt, an utterly brilliant project which he mastered together with his best friend and producer Lostboy.

In the four-track EP Joe takes you back in time with him as he recalls the experiences of his youth. Each and every song sounds unique and represents Joe Jury’s gifted voice and versatile songwriting. I’m not lying when I say that the tracks make you want to sing along immediately. But convince yourself and listen below:
